Terms of Use

Starter terms. Have them reviewed for your jurisdiction before launch. The /legal-pages-generator skill can produce a full version.

What are you agreeing to?

By using FeetToPixels, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. They're written in plain language on purpose, because you shouldn't need a law degree to know what you're signing up for.

How can you use the tools?

The tools are free for personal and commercial work, and you don't need an account. There's one limit: you can't scrape, overload, or try to disrupt the service, since that'd spoil it for everyone else who relies on it.

How accurate are the results?

We work hard to keep every formula and result correct, but the tools are provided as is. They're a starting point, not a guarantee. For critical print or LED orders, you'll want to verify the final pixel dimensions with your printer or display manufacturer before you commit to production, because that's where the real money is on the line.

Who owns the content?

The site design, code and content are owned by FeetToPixels unless we've stated otherwise. You're welcome to use the results of a conversion however you like; it's the site itself that's protected.

What about liability?

FeetToPixels isn't liable for losses that come from relying on the tools. You're responsible for checking results before production, so don't treat a converter as the final word on a high-stakes order.

Will these terms change?

We may update these terms as the site grows. If you keep using FeetToPixels after a change, that means you've accepted the new version.
