What should you write to us about?
Honestly, almost anything tied to the converters is fair game. Here's what lands in our inbox most often, and all of it helps:
- Corrections. If a number doesn't look right, tell us. We'd rather know than let a wrong figure sit there.
- Suggestions. Want a unit, a DPI preset, or a paper size we haven't added? It's probably a quick win for us.
- Feedback on the tools. If something's confusing, slow, or awkward on your phone, that's exactly what we need to hear.
- General questions. Not sure which DPI to pick, or how a result was calculated? Ask away.
Found an inaccuracy? Here's how to report it
Accuracy is the whole point of this site, so a wrong result isn't a small thing to us. If a conversion or a chart looks off, send us three things: which tool you were using, the exact inputs you typed, and the result you expected to see. With that, we can reproduce the issue in minutes instead of guessing. We'll verify it, correct the math if it's ours, and let you know what changed. Catching mistakes early is how the tools stay trustworthy, and we genuinely appreciate the heads-up.
When will you hear back?
We aim to reply within two business days, and most messages get answered sooner than that. If you don't see a response, it's worth checking your spam folder, since automated replies sometimes land there. Simple questions usually get a same-day answer. A new feature request can take longer because we'll want to test it before it goes live, but we'll still acknowledge that we've got it. We can't promise to build every idea, yet every one of them shapes what we work on next.
